Arena Management Cph A/S is therefore the data controller responsible for the collection and handling of personal data as described in this policy.

 

2. Purpose

When you are a guest at K.B. Hallen, visit our website, sign up to our newsletter or interact with K.B. Hallen in any other way, it might involve us collecting and handling personal data about you.

We aim to only collect and handle personal data to the extent that is legal, necessary for our operations and/or relevant for providing you a better experience in relation to K.B. Hallen.

We only store your personal data for as long as it is relevant and in accordance with Danish law. If you revoke your consent, we will keep your personal data for a maximum of 2 years, in compliance with the statement given by the “Consumer Ombudsman”, after which all data will be deleted.

We are not responsible for the content on another company's website, nor for their practices in connection to how they collect and process personal data.
